People Partner Role Summary
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a seasoned HR Business Partner.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business leaders to align on People strategy and drive business outcomes through talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions to address business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact the workforce and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity initiatives, compensation programs, and training solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR analytics, system implementation, and process improvement to drive business results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners, employees, and HR colleagues to foster a collaborative environment and achieve shared goals.

 

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting medium to large cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills to drive business outcomes and employee growth.
  • Foundational understanding of HR analytics, system implementation, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to drive results.

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Knowledge of organizational development, project management, and change management principles.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful individual with impeccable judgment and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and driving business outcomes.

  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities for talent development and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies.

  • Drive cultural transformation by promoting inclusivity, equity, and belonging in the workplace.
  • Monitor and report diversity metrics to inform business decisions and drive progress.

  • Apply business acumen and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes and inform HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
