Job Overview
People Partner Role Summary- This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a seasoned HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders to align on People strategy and drive business outcomes through talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions to address business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact the workforce and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity initiatives, compensation programs, and training solutions.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Provide expert guidance on HR analytics, system implementation, and process improvement to drive business results.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners, employees, and HR colleagues to foster a collaborative environment and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting medium to large cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills to drive business outcomes and employee growth.
- Foundational understanding of HR analytics, system implementation, and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to drive results.
