Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools.
- Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
