About the Position

We are seeking an Associate Group Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with at least 11 years of experience working in a design office. They should be familiar with reinforced concrete design and RC detailing, as well as structural steel design and detailing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regional project management teams, managing documentation, and providing analytical solutions using leading structural design software.

They will also be expected to lead and collaborate within a technically oriented team, manage budgets and programs, and control costs and change control processes.

The individual should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to make decisions and act on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting regional project management teams in managing documentation and providing analytical solutions
  • Ledging and collaborating within a technically oriented team
  • Managing budgets and programs, controlling costs, and managing change control processes
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior members of the team
Requirements:
  • Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • At least 11 years of experience working in a design office
  • Familiarity with reinforced concrete design and RC detailing, as well as structural steel design and detailing
  • Proven experience in using leading structural design software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
