Project Manager for AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI solutions that redefine industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects in accordance with Agile processes and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of delivering complete solutions/products to optimize business value
  • Confirm business requirements, solution architecture, and define project boundaries
  • Define and manage projects to optimize business value
  • Ensure business requirements are translated into solutions and products aligned with IT strategy and enterprise architecture
  • Monitor and report on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials, and risks in accordance with Agile way of working
  • Develop and manage execution, deployment, and transition plans across product teams, functions, and OpCos
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and impediments during project lifecycle
  • Define, plan, request, and secure resources/skills to meet project and program requirements
  • Ensure One way of Working within Agile Project Management team
  • Promote and demonstrate core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as Project Manager, managing ERP or similar large-scale projects in complex environments
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent technical knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and deployment technologies
  • Familiarity with Agile practices
  • Experience with change and configuration management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of deployment automation and orchestration tools, ITIL certification
