Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Lead to own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

This role requires deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets in high-growth environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the ability to lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
