Job Title: Automation Systems Trainer

We are seeking an experienced trainer with 10+ years of industry expertise in multiple environments to deliver hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver instruction on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and other automation platforms including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and more.
  • Train participants on pharmaceutical validation processes, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and global regulatory guidelines such as FDA and EMA.
  • Conduct practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Mentor trainees on industry best practices and prepare them for real-world challenges.
  • Key Skills & Expertise:
  • Automation Tools: PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs, DCSs.
  • Validation Knowledge: Pharmaceutical validation, equipment qualification, process validation.
  • Regulatory Awareness: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5.
  • Technical Abilities: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • A proven track record of training, mentoring, or technical teaching in industrial automation and validation.
