Compensation Specialist Job Overview

This position is responsible for aligning compensation and benefits practices with our overall HR philosophy.

  • We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to design compensation structures, determine salary ranges, and communicate programs to employees and management.
  • The successful candidate will monitor and maintain balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting/retaining staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
