Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the management of projects owned by our team.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the success of our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.
Main Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and Smartsheets, providing administrative oversight and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Smartsheet experience is highly desirable.
Essential Knowledge
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
