About Our Client

We are looking to partner with a renowned organisation that has multiple lines of business and is seeking to establish a new Medical Devices division.

Job Description

  1. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth of this new business line, leveraging their expertise in medical devices to drive innovation and success.
  2. The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  4. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
  5. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implementing effective quality management systems.
  6. In addition, the selected individual will contribute to the development of strategic plans, setting goals and objectives, and tracking progress against these targets.
  7. The role involves frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitor analysis in the medical device industry.
