Job Title: Innovation Director - Beauty Devices and Accessories

As an Innovation Director for beauty devices and accessories, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end innovation process. This includes developing differentiated, safe, and cost-efficient products that fit our design-led, system-integrated roadmap. Your role will involve aligning with brand, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the concept development from idea generation to prototype testing
• Manage tooling, tolerances, materials, and reliability testing
• Drive technology decisions, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partner with Industrial Design to ensure ergonomics, acoustic comfort, thermals, and serviceability
• Track field performance, NPS/reviews, and failure modes, driving rapid revs and cost/quality improvements
• Develop a portfolio of shipped devices with metrics and test data
