Job Title: Senior Membership Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Membership Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing membership compliance, supporting the team in achieving a no-error work environment, and performing additional tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new membership applications, ongoing membership compliance, and termination of membership.
  • Scrutinize membership documents, including legal agreements, annual returns, and audited financial statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to member queries regarding membership rules and regulations and provide data to other departments as needed.
  • Prepare notes for seeking approval on changes in membership status, such as shareholding or promoter holding patterns.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Hold a CS/CA/MBA/CMA degree from a reputable institute/university.
  • Have 0-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
  • Possess strong communication, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with large groups.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Understanding of annual returns, balance sheet items, and net worth computation.
