Job Description

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our offshore team.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Product Management, functional consulting, and/or business operations.

You will need to possess strong Business Analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise to understand complex business processes, translate them into effective Workday configurations, and communicate seamlessly with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be able to partner with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will need to translate business requirements into Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.

Other key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday modules as per business requirements, preparing functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.

Acting as an anchor resource for the offshore team and providing leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices is also an essential aspect of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
