Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist to drive the successful adoption of our product with clients.

This role involves working with global customers to identify their training needs, understanding customer applications and processes, and using this information to develop actionable insights and use cases that improve digital adoption.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, helping to develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong learning appetite and ability to become an expert on our products is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting is also required.
