As a highly skilled Risk Management professional, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential risks to our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data verification: Confirm the accuracy of portfolio data received from external sources
  • Position mapping: Match unrecognized positions with our database, including financial instruments and issuers
  • Classification: Categorize non-standard financial instruments, OTC derivatives, underlying counterparts, unlisted equities
  • Controls: Perform quality checks on our database, collate and aggregate data, follow up with external parties regarding outstanding items
  • Risk modeling: Prepare risk assessments of financial instruments prior to integration into our risk engine, unmapped positions, complex instruments, and any manual calculations
  • Investment Compliance support: Exception management and investigation, eligibility transferability analysis, ad-hoc queries, support with onboarding processes by mapping model portfolios, data collection for regulatory reports, pre-trade checks

You will work closely with finance professionals, interact with external parties, and have extensive knowledge of financial instruments. If you have strong analytical skills, experience with data quality checks, and manipulation, and a degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or equivalents, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or equivalents
  • CFA FRM certifications considered advantageous
  • Working experience: 9-12 years in Fund Administration, NAV calculation, valuation, custody, or equivalents
  • Strong experience with Data quality checks and data manipulation in relation to financial assets
  • Familiarity with MSCI RiskMetrics, Bloomberg, or other data providers beneficial
