Financial Risk Manager

This is a high-level business analyst role that focuses on strategic risk management within the Trade Management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver solutions to enhance the in-house risk platform: SABRE, with an emphasis on new product onboarding.
- Drive enhancement projects, plan timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide expert business support for trade replication and project enhancements for Front Office traders' requirements.
Experience in agile delivery processes and product ownership is valuable.
Strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders are essential.
Requirements:- 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery in the Financial Markets industry.
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives across asset classes including rates, commodities, and FX, encompassing product knowledge, pricing, risk analytics, and trade life cycle.
- Technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and display initiative.
- Meticulous documentation of project artifacts, discussions, risks, and functional specifications.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP are advantageous.
