About the Role:

The Assistant Manager HR at GRE Renew Enertech Limited will play a crucial role in supporting and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role will involve managing various HR functions, contributing to a positive work environment, and driving initiatives that support the growth and success of the company in the solar power industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with GRE Renew Enertech's business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Support the talent acquisition process, ensuring effective onboarding and integration of new hires to drive employee retention and performance.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare: Coordinate programs to enhance employee engagement, promote wellbeing, and build a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management Support: Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and support employees in their professional development.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs that align with organizational needs and employee growth.
  • Compliance and Policy Administration: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and assist in policy enforcement.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, track HR metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees.

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in listed companies.
  • Qualification: MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
