The role of a Strategic Customer Success Leader is to drive customer value and growth by identifying opportunities to enhance our customers' experience with our technology.
As a member of our Managing Partner practice, you will focus on stewarding subscribers of our Workday Success Plan offering in North America. Your goal will be to serve our customers with relevant industry stories, practical ways to realize value from Workday's technology, and crafting peer networks for learning.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and sell or upsell Workday product, deployment, and postproduction services. You will have overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the Workday solution, driving adoption, guiding customers in the implementation of new features and products, and participating in sales cycles to support implementation related activities for prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level.
- 2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader.
- 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment.
In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to empower and lead a matrixed team, and proven ability to develop and implement effective account strategies.
