Site Reliability Expert

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Terraform scripts for DBT Cloud, GitHub, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, including AWS IAM, RSA key management, and 1Password Vault usage.
- Plan, build, and maintain automated processes where possible.
- Select and deploy CI/CD tools and pipelines for various technologies and platforms.
- Mentor team members on DevOps collaboration and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering and DevOps practices.
- Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing, multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to write clear runbooks and conduct postmortems.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, FiveTran, DBT Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
