We are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of Tele Caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients through outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making proactive phone calls to prospective customers or leads.
  • Fostering relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email).
  • A charismatic personality and strong telephone etiquette.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization under pressure.
