Job Title: Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the valuation of businesses and assets.

  • Primary activities will focus on the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
  • You will analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies to identify business trends and risks.
  • Financial projections analysis and discount rates development are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Conducting financial statement analysis, market/industry research, and performing valuations are crucial tasks.
Required Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
  • Advanced degrees and certifications are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairments.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies.
  • Experience in traditional valuation methods such as discounted cash flow method, guideline public company method, and guidance transaction method.
