About the Role:

As a Renewal Sales Professional, you will be responsible for tracking subscription renewals and sending timely reminders to customers. You will also help existing customers with upgrades, keep thorough records of all current and potential clients, and achieve Renewal Collection targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of experience in renewal sales. Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential.
