Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Renewal Processor to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products, facilitating the transition of customers to our ordering platform, and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities for accounts.
• Notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the customer base.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and collaborate closely with finance to collect payment.
• Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Embrace the use of artificial intelligence in repetitive tasks and demonstrate openness to learning how to automate tasks using AI.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with SaaS-based applications.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• A self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using robotic automation/AI tools is highly preferred.
