Strategic Marketing Position

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional who is eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and update our database of potential clients, including contact information and sales activity. This involves ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate effective communication and sales strategies.
- Assist senior team members with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments, promoting seamless collaboration and time management.
- Help manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling engaging posts to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives, leveraging collective strengths to drive success.
- Assist in managing and maintaining our CRM system, including data entry, updates, and organization to optimize data utilization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, facilitating data analysis and visualization to inform business decisions.
