KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves spearheading supplier risk management and developing processes to mitigate operational risks. You will assess suppliers for financial health, sustainability, anti-corruption, quality, information security, and operational risks.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks related to supplier risk management in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Establish policies and procedures to manage supplier risks, focusing on regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor suppliers' performance and identify emerging threats and risks.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation for risk reporting and prepare executive summaries.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, risk management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in risk management, supplier risk, third-party risk management (TPRM), or supply chain resilience within large organizations.
  • Strategic thinking skills to balance risk mitigation with business objectives.
  • Effective stakeholder management to collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, IT security, and business leaders.
