Job Title: Senior Executive Purchase

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our procurement strategy forward.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Purchase to lead the procurement function. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing within the automotive ancillary sector.

The Senior Executive Purchase will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement of critical materials, driving cost efficiency, and maintaining supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Track market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess an MBA in Operations Management.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive ancillary or Tier 1 supplier environment.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Others).
