High-Performance Back-end Developer Opportunity

About this role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and motivated back-end developer to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Ruby on Rails and JavaScript front-end technologies. They will be able to develop high-quality code, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to design and implement cohesive code.

• Develop new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends and best practices.

• Record data and report it to stakeholders.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming or related field.

• 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies.

• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques.

• Excellent project and time management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
