Your Mission

As our Back-End Developer, you'll be the backbone of the platform — designing lightning-fast, secure, and scalable server-side systems that bring our digital banking vision to life.

  • Engineer Robust Systems – Craft efficient, secure APIs and back-end logic.
  • Collaborate Without Borders – Partner with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver flawless integrations.
  • Optimize for Scale – Design databases and storage solutions that handle growth without breaking a sweat.

What You Bring
  • Mastery in back-end development and software engineering principles.
  • Strong grasp of OOP and scalable architecture design.
  • Experience with Java, Node.js, Python.
  • Proficiency in JUnit, Cucumber and WireMock for automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Database expertise (SQL & NoSQL) and performance tuning skills.
  • Problem-solving superpowers and a knack for clean, maintainable code.
  • Collaborative spirit — able to own tasks and thrive in a team.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
