Key Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate regulatory submissions in the IRDA portal, collaborating with stakeholders for approvals.

  • Maintain registration databases by tracking and coordinating with business units and teams to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Communicate regulatory updates to relevant parties, including branch openings and closures, directorship changes, and charges levied.
  • Upload and review salesperson and SP details in the IIB Envoy Portal periodically.
  • Achieve and maintain all necessary licenses, collaborating with stakeholders on applicability and repository management.
  • Process NOCs for exited SPs, detag PAN from IRDA and Envoy, and maintain records.
  • Apply for telemarketing licenses and submit data to IRDAI as per guidelines.
  • Renew relevant licenses in a timely manner, including IRDAI CA, PO, ISNP, Envoy, and others.
  • Maintain regulatory checklists, track IRDAI data, and conduct timely submissions, grievances, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate monthly reconciliation sign-offs with finance, product teams, and insurers, addressing gaps identified.
  • Maintain agreements with insurers, SLAs, and commission structures.
  • Track and resolve grievances from the grievance team, insurers, and coordinate resolution with business, product, and branch teams.
  • Initiate audits for branches and track resolutions with functional audit teams.
  • Conduct compliance checks on AML and provide checklists to the compliance team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor litigation of insurance cases and update the regulator as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar domain
