
Strategic Growth Director

A key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on:
Growth Strategies- Develop and execute plans to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Ensure the success and achievement of performance metrics (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for assigned categories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, payment aggregators, and third-party services providers for our B2B product.
- Develop and maintain customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, ensuring fast closures.
- Identify key personnel in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and competition.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and offerings.
- Create business models and high-end decks to pitch our products to potential clients.
- Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
- Effectively manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously.
- Prepare dashboards and trackers to share with management on a regular basis.
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
- Customer-centric and analytical mindset to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
