Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Process Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new hire training in both classroom and remote settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices, as well as on-the-job support.
  • Document and share feedback based on audit findings.
  • Participate in weekly calibration calls with clients or internal stakeholders as scheduled.
  • Conduct training sessions within specified timelines as required.
  • Assess trainee performance during tests.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Foster associate motivation through effective management, career development, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Process transactions on a regular basis, as defined by the process.
  • Stay competent by undergoing TTT certification, staying updated on new products, and being familiar with the training phase.
  • Perform timely reviews of audit findings, conduct refresher sessions, and track performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance records critically.
