As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting our narrative and executing campaigns that get people talking.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and shape our brand voice to make it loud, sharp, and unforgettable.
  • Design and execute campaigns that get screenshotted, shared, and remembered.
  • Ensure all touchpoints – social, website, ads, packaging, offline – have a consistent tone.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor moves and cultural shifts to stay ahead of the game.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers so that brand and growth work together seamlessly.
  • Build playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that break patterns, not budgets.
  • Analyze numbers, listen to feedback, and adjust strategy until it sticks.
  • Constantly push for ideas that make us more than a brand, but a statement.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in shaping and shaking things up in brand strategy (bonus if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion).
  • A deep understanding of youth culture and digital trends – you know what's hot before it hits the mainstream.
  • Campaigns in your past that actually moved hearts (and sales).
  • A storyteller who can switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks.
  • Creative instincts backed by data, not just vibes.
  • Hungry, restless, and ready to play big in a fast-paced startup.
  • On-site presence in Pitampura, New Delhi is required.
