Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic visual content that brings our brand story to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate UX/UI flows and brand messaging into UI transitions, explainer sequences, promotional videos, and dynamic content across web, mobile, and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and crafting motion-driven visuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing storyboards and animatics, executing and refining animations using industry-standard tools, and staying updated on the latest motion design trends and techniques.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics or related roles, preferably in technology, product, or agency environments
  • A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Rive; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color, layout, and motion design best practices
