Your Responsibilities- Ensure accurate analysis and evaluation of departmental purchase requisitions.
- Plan and execute sales orders within budget constraints and customer delivery dates.
- Maintain team and individual performance metrics.
- Initiate inquiries and secure timely responses from vendors.
- Select and place orders with suitable vendors.
- Accelerate order processing and obtain supplier acknowledgement.
- Validate vendor offers against customer requirements.
- Guarantee timely delivery of correct parts from suppliers.
- Verify that delivery from suppliers includes all relevant documents as per the purchase order.
- A degree with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in mechanical production is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, specifically in Sales or Purchase modules, is required.
- Global experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills that adapt to diverse situations and fluency in English.
