Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals, overseeing direct tax compliance, filings, audits, and reporting across all jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of tax professionals responsible for preparing corporate income tax, trade tax, and secondary tax filings in multiple countries.
  • Prepare return to provision summaries and post authorized RTP entries.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Reconcile tax payable/tax receivable positions with tax department statements.
  • Communicate directly with tax authorities on notices and respond to queries.
  • Oversee direct tax compliance, filings, audits, and reporting across all jurisdictions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA qualification is mandatory for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in taxation, economics, finance, law, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in a tax accounting environment.
  • Experience in a multinational group environment is preferred.
