As a seasoned leader, we are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Head of System and Connectivity Retrofit - India. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a team of approximately 15-20 people with the right skills and competence to deliver solutions in the business of retrofit solutions for Airframe, Hydro-Mechanical systems, and Connectivity systems.
The successful candidate will directly contribute to the success of our customers' operations by providing support and deliverables related to maintenance & retrofit for Airbus Commercial aircraft. Reporting operationally to the HO Retrofit Solutions-India (AISBMR) and functionally to the HO System Tech Domain, HO System Engineering, and HO Connectivity Tech Domain.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a transnational organization with interfaces to Customer Service, Engineering, Program, and other departments. The ideal candidate will bring experience in leadership, customer support, engineering, project management, and the ability to work under pressure in a global setup.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a team with a total of approx. 15-20 people with the right skills and competence to deliver solutions in the business of retrofit solutions for Airframe, Hydro-Mechanical systems, and Connectivity systems.
- Directly contribute to the success of our customers' operations by providing support and deliverables related to maintenance & retrofit for Airbus Commercial aircraft.
- Report operationally to the HO Retrofit Solutions-India (AISBMR) and functionally to the HO System Tech Domain, HO System Engineering, and HO Connectivity Tech Domain.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in leadership or direct supervision within the aeronautics industry.
- Accomplished operational leader with experience in building and managing a team.
- Experience in System, Airframe (Engineering or Retrofit) related would be a plus.
- A competitive salary package of ₹2.5 Crores per annum, including allowances and benefits.
