Job Title: IT Account Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Account Manager with experience in IT recruitment and established relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Own and grow MSP relationships in the UK and EU.
  • Coach recruiters and bring market insights to clients.
  • Be the face of service delivery and a trusted advisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.
