Job Title: IT Account Manager
Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Account Manager with experience in IT recruitment and established relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the UK and EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Own and grow MSP relationships in the UK and EU.
- Coach recruiters and bring market insights to clients.
- Be the face of service delivery and a trusted advisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.
- Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.
