We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage a small team, ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables while meeting customer expectations.
This onsite position involves working directly with a utility client to implement Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.
The role requires creating and maintaining PMO artifacts, tracking risks and issues, and managing communication and escalation. Additionally, providing project status reports and debriefs to company leadership is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the successful delivery of project deliverables
- Create and maintain PMO artifacts

- Manage communication and escalation
- Provide project status reports and debriefs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
- Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
