Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality control initiatives in high-rise residential projects.

  • Implement and oversee Quality Assurance processes in high-rise building projects.
  • Conduct site inspections, material testing, and ensure adherence to approved project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues to ensure best construction practices.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA for high-rise building construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with QA documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
