Compliance Officer Role

The role of Compliance Officer is to ensure that all activities within the organization are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless handling of compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, reviewing and analyzing reports and documents, developing and implementing compliance procedures, and providing training and support to team members.

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements;
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliances;
  • Reviewing and analyzing reports and documents to identify potential areas of non-compliance;
  • Developing and implementing compliance procedures to mitigate risks and prevent non-compliance;
  • Providing training and support to team members on compliance procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.
