Job Description

Are you passionate about building powerful employer brands that attract top talent worldwide? We are seeking an Employer Brand Specialist to support our Global Recruiting Team.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Marketing to drive authentic, engaging storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

  • Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like , Instagram, and career sites
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
