Key Responsibilities

  • About the Role

As a Brand Equity Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust brand program that drives equity and preference across different market types.

You will craft positioning with strong BCI by building brand positioning strategy and brand key, and develop 360-degree brand campaigns to drive equity and preference.

A key aspect of this role is creating a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.

You will also be responsible for delivering brand health metrics through the brand program with impactful and innovative communication plans.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in core brand management in the FMCG category, with handling of significant brand campaigns.

You should have a deep working knowledge of gathering consumer insights and deriving strategic execution-oriented insights.

Commercial acumen is also essential to efficiently manage marketing and media budgets.

In addition, you should have an understanding of how to navigate the brand world and closely work with agencies.
