Lead Experience Designer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned UX designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions. This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes.

  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers.
  • Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
