Lead Data Science and Engineering Efforts

Hiring for a Sr. Manager Analytics position to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in production projects, with a strong technical background and proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge ML/DL, NLP, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.

The Senior Manager Analytics will also conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background with 8+ years of experience in production projects.
  • Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
