About the Role:
  • This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop actionable research plans.
  • The Research Manager will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with project managers, operations, and client success teams for seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft proposals, lead projects from start to finish, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop actionable research plans.
  • Guide and mentor junior researchers to help them grow and succeed.
  • Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs to guarantee accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operations, and client success teams for seamless delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
