Financial Expert Wanted

A skilled and experienced financial expert is needed to oversee the company's financial accounts, compliance, taxation, and audits.

  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies, facilitating regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate end-to-end accounting processes from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversee GST computations and compliances, guaranteeing tax efficiency.
  • Optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for precise accounting accuracy.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and support statutory audit processes, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Prioritize a compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze financial data for trends, variances, and provide business insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities on financial and tax matters.
  • Verify conformity to applicable tax laws and corporate regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, or relevant experience in place of CA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Hands-on experience with ledger scrutiny and comprehensive involvement in end-to-end accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with internal audit and statutory compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
