Job Title:

Achieve Accounting Excellence as a Senior Financial Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and success.
    • Ensure timely communication and issue resolution, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Coordinate with teams for review of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESI filings to guarantee precision and adherence to regulations.
    • Monitor closure of financial books and coordinate with clients for final reporting.
  • Team Development & Training:
    • Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and compliance staff, promoting professional growth and development.
    • Review work deliverables, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery, driving efficiency and productivity.
    • Conduct internal training sessions to upskill team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement & Quality Control:
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency across the division.
    • Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to ensure high-quality service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on changes in laws, rules, and industry practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a CA firm or mid-sized accounting firm preferred, showcasing adaptability and business acumen.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, etc., ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and lead a team independently, exercising strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, driving results and achieving goals.
