Talent Acquisition and Engagement Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. This includes planning and executing comprehensive onboarding programs, facilitating orientation sessions, and introducing new hires to the company culture, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT/Non positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Pipeline: Maintain a robust talent pipeline and proactively source candidates through various channels.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Onboarding: Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR: Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, the ability to share knowledge and work in a team-oriented environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt new recruitment processes and technologies.
