Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system to optimize performance and ensure compliance with HR policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and implement new features and modules.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide end-user support and training, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the Workday HCM system.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular audits to ensure system integrity and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with a focus on system configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with system auditing and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in documentation and training development, with a focus on creating clear and concise content.
