Job Title: Financial Accounting Specialist
Job Description:This contract remote role is for a skilled Financial Accounting Specialist who will handle AP/AR postings, e-commerce and B2B chargebacks, prepare and analyze financial statements using Net Suite, and conduct financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  3. Handle e-commerce and B2B chargebacks in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Analyze financial data using Net Suite to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Net Suite: Proficiency in using Net Suite to manage financial data.
  • Knowledge of Finance Principles and Practices: Understanding of financial concepts and regulations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented and Highly Organized: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
