About the Role:

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize our cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Promote Salesforce as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including care management, clinical data management, complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Good grasp of Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
